Winslade is a delicious soft cheese that’s a bit of a hybrid between Vacherin (with spruce wrapping) and Camembert - it’s made by Hampshire Cheeses who also make Tunworth, the beautiful English Camembert.

Winslade is wonderfully soft and gooey with lighter floral flavours and a hint of farmyard. The spruce wrapping also imparts a little pine flavour to the cheese.

This is one of our favourite cheeses at the moment and we love it with a nice red wine.
