Strathearn is a one of a kind Scottish cheese. As it matures, it’s washed in a solution of 10 year old single malt whisky which imparts some lovely smoky, sweet flavours to the cheese.

Semi-soft, with a little pungency on the nose, this soon gives way to the delightful flavours of the cheese and if you’re a cheese lover it’s a must try - there aren’t too many cheeses like this out there.

Absolutely fantastic as the centrepiece of a cheeseboard and we recommend enjoying this with a nip of single malt, preferably Glenturret, which is the whisky used to wash the cheese.
