We’ve been looking for a pairing with Carboncino, our most popular cheese for a while now, but everything we’ve tried has fallen a little short. Such a great cheese deserves a perfect pairing, and while some of the pairings we tried have been good, none have been great - until now.

It was when we were putting together some other packages that it struck us that a cheese like Carboncino should be celebrated and what better way to celebrate than with some bubbles, so we had a try with Carboncino and Prosecco and we instantly loved it. The soft, gooey texture of the Carboncino with the fruitiness and bubbles from the Prosecco really work together to create something special that we’re sure you’ll love.
