There are some pairings that are just meant to be and this is definitely one of them. This can be enjoyed all year round but it’s especially good when the colder dark nights arrive as winter approaches.

We’ve chosen Colston Bassett Stilton (500g) and Weise and Krohn Late Bottled Vintage 2009 as our preferred combo for this classic. The Colston Bassett Stilton is lovely and buttery with a great balance of blue. The 2009 port is so, so wonderful and loves the Stilton.
