Shop News - 1st August 2021

This week’s shop news is here and although it’s shop news, it’s more related to the exploits of the team in the shop rather than the shop itself. I’m sure you won’t care though as the team are lovely and I’m sure you want to know everything that’s going on.

Natalia got a bed - We assume she had one before and didn’t sleep on the floor, but if not, then we’re very glad she now has a bed.

Joe and Kit have been broadening their horizons and visited Bristol and Cambridge respectively. Both very much enjoyed their time.

Alex had been kitten sitting. We’ve all been bombarded with photos of the kitten which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. We hope she’ll be ok when she doesn’t have to kitten sit any more.

Rachel found her socks. We were all worried, but everything turned out ok in the end and the socks were found. I for one will sleep easy tonight.

We have the best pickled onions in the world - it’s true, we do!

Fras is studying for the next stage of his cheese qualifications and is hoping to become a member of the Academy of Cheese. If you want to know more about mesophiles or thermophiles and their role in acidifying milk then give him a shout.
