A look ahead to Christmas...

We’re very careful not to talk about Christmas too early, but in truth, we have to think about it months before as it’s a very busy time for us.

We have to order cheese by October at the latest, and even then there’s no guarantee that we’ll get it, so we need to manage customer expectations too, especially if you’re looking for particular cheeses. It’s going to be especially difficult this year with the supply chain problems, lack of workers in some areas, covid lockdown possibilities and everything else that contributes to a busy festive season. We’ll do our very best to make things run smoothly though. If there are shortages of anything, then we’ll always provide a close alternative.

This year, we’ve made the decision to finish on the 23rd December and be closed on Christmas Eve. Over the past 18 months, it’s been driven home how important time with friends and family is, so we want to make sure everyone at Froth & Rind gets time with their loved ones this year.
