A classic cheesey winter dish, fondue can be wonderful when done well. This selection contains three classic fondue cheeses and some lovely pickled cucumbers to accompany them. You’ll get 300g each of Comté, Emmental and Gruyere and we also suggest adding a little of your favourite soft cheese to give it a little twist. Reblochon is a common choice but we think it also works with Minger or Oxford Isis.

We like Picpoul de Pinet to accompany our fondue.
